At Containers 4U we pride ourselves on being able to accommodate majority of customers rush requests and urgent requests for delivery, however in general we require a minimum of 3 to 4 business days from order placement to delivery on site.
If your site is accessible and the ground is cleared and dry then the whole offloading process takes 15 to 20 minutes maximum. Please look at the video below of how a 40ft shipping container usually is offloaded.

For 20ft shipping containers we require a minimum of 60ft of straightforward clearance – 20ft for the unit itself and 40ft in front of the unit for us to pull out from underneath the shipping container. For 40ft we require a lot more space on site to get into your place as well as for us to manoeuvre successfully with our truck and trailer. For 40ft shipping containers we require a minimum of 120ft of straightforward clearance – 40ft for the unit itself and 80ft in front of the unit for us to pull out from underneath the shipping container
Yes, absolutely you can place any pressure treated pieces of wood that are at least 4”x4” or thicker for 20ft units and 6”x6” or thicker for 40ft units, or patio stones work well. You would have to place the stones or the wood underneath the unit as it is being slowly offloaded from or truck or trailer.
Yes, we can, if it is completely dry but do realize that we can make damage to the grassy area while offloading which we will not be responsible for fixing it afterwards. Also, if its too wet and we get stuck, the customer will have to bear all the costs that would be involved in extracting our truck and trailer from your site.
Yes, we can deliver on a sloped or uneven ground site if it is not a steep slope, and not too much uneven ground and it is safe and accessible for us to do so. Also, because the unit will be on slope or uneven ground, it is up to the customer to make sure it will be levelled properly otherwise the doors of the unit will not function at all as the unit will be structurally bent if it is not levelled properly on site by the customer.
